What we collect

When you sign up or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number and the information about your practice you choose to send us. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details.

How we use it

We use your information to build and run your website, to bill you, and to reply to your messages. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the service: Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Web3Forms (form delivery) and our domain registrar.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a customer and for up to six years afterwards for accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
